• Contracts are employed for all non-emergency services involving an assessment, consultation, or service requirement that extends beyond a basic service call or repair.
• We offer several emergency services that are available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
• Most contracts include limited warranties on recomended services offered. All work is guaranteed for client satisfaction. 

• Tinkering Toolbox utilizes flat-rate pricing for projects. When you request a quote for a job, after the descovery phase you'll receive an all-inclusive price that covers every aspect of the job or project, from labor to materials and everything inbetween.
• All non-emergency larger scale projects are bound by contracts that include project specific pricing details. You will know exactly what is going to be done, when and how much it will cost.

From intial inquiry through project completion, you can expect easy and consistent communication. 

• Non-emergency customer communications will be responded to within one business day.
• Project development and updates are communicated as soon as they are determined.
• Customers are able to contact us via several methods and can choose their preferred.

Free estimates are available for most small and standard projects based on photos sent to us and a brief 15-minute phone conversation,by Text or Email conversation.

*For larger projects, to-do lists, and non-standard services that necessitate a personal on-site consultation, a consultation charge applies. However, this charge is typically reimbursed if the estimate is subsequently approved. The charge amount is based on location and prior description of service needs from the online submission or text/phone conversation.

Just complete the contact form! After receiving your request form, we'll reach out to you via your chosen contact method to confirm and discuss service details and pricing estimates. Typically, we'll follow up within 24-48 hours. In some cases we may not be able to follow up until Friday unless it's marked urgent. Once verification is complete and a date and time are agreed upon, a payment will be required to secure your booking.
