On 11/23 while preforming repairs to the engine of our new to us and sole work truck, a catastrophic failure occurred which resulted in the engine destroying itself. As some may know and many may not, we do not outsource many things including service to our equipment, because we are a one man operation, we can only accomplish so much in a day and with this past year being quite a bit slower than years past, the revenue has not been there to adequately maintain our infrastructure or to maintain the staff for operational standards. This has come at the cost of our ability to operate efficiently and with an ever increasing supply of service offering individuals and a sharp decline in the calls incoming, we have had extreme difficulty competing in the local market. We are hoping to be reset by spring of 2026 or sooner if possible. We wish everyone the best of luck and may God bless you.
